Cope and Stick Doors

Our cope and stick doors are created to be visually appealing and durable. Cope and stick joints are known for being more resistant to heat and humidity than other types of joints. These 5-piece doors offer a wide variety of design options including raised panel, flat panel, and glass.

Mitered Cabinet Doors

Mitered Doors

The difference between our cope and stick and mitered doors is the way in which we machine and assemble them. Due to their 45 degree joint, miter doors boast more detailed and elegant profiles over standard cope and stick. Although they are not available with an arch pattern, there is sure to be a miter door design for many different applications.

Applied Molding & Glass Lites

Applied Molding & Glass Lites

Incorporating moldings and/or glass into your cabinet doors is a great way to elevate their level of sophistication, while also making them more unique. Distinct molding patterns and alternative varieties of glass (i.e., smoked, fluted, textured) can add the custom style touches you’re looking for with either or both of these techniques. We manufacture the frames, we do not supply glass.

Arched Doors

Arched Doors

We can craft our cope and stick doors with an arched design to deliver a classic look and feel to any room. Incorporating an arch is a subtle design element, but it can make a big difference in terms of creating the atmosphere you’re looking for.
Slab Cabinet Doors

Slab Doors

Slab doors do not have a frame or middle panel, and as a result, don’t have the same contours and dimensions as cope and stick and mitered doors. Because they are flat, slab doors deliver a more modern look and feel, which explains why they’re popular with home builders and owners looking for a contemporary design.

BTJ Door Profiles

We manufacturer the most popular door styles. With our cabinet door profiles you can mix and match edge and panel profiles to create your own unique cabinet door style.

BTJ Drawer Boxes

BTJ Drawer Boxes

Each drawer box comes ready to install, built with superior craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our drawer boxes last longer thanks to dovetail joints that provide greater strength and durability for years to come.

All drawer boxes are built with high-quality materials and all joints are filled with a wood filler and then sanded and finished with two coats of protective varnish for a smooth finish.

BTJ Moldings
& Baseboards

We have a full line of moldings including crowns, light rails, baseboards, shoes, and more. Whether you are currently making your own molding or outsourcing it, there are several advantages to purchasing from BTJ.

  1. We do our work on state-of-the-art equipment. We use the same precision equipment for our moldings as we do for our stile and rail stock for cabinet doors. By using our CNC-positioned molder in conjunction with our tool room setup stand, we are able to achieve unmatched consistency and repeatability from run to run.
  2. We use insert tooling on all of our popular options. You don’t have to worry about resharpened knives leading to a change in geometry from batch to batch.
  3. We use the same lumber to build your doors. Your doors and molding will match and be uniform every time. You don’t have to worry about using toning stains to make your molding match the doors anymore.
  4. We offer responsive customer support. Having an issue? Does something not look right? Need to make a change to your order? These are just some of the ways we are here for you and will help in every way possible.
